We couldn't wait to return to Dunedin Brewery after our first show of the year there! We had a Ringside show between this gig and we were ready to come in hot with a high energy show!
Between Bluffs KILLED IT! They brought a great indie-rock sound with a progressive edge, there were times where I got hints of Tool and Porcupine Tree. Absolutely GRATEFUL we got to share the stage with them!
Dunedin Brewery and its clientele have a great energy and you can tell they are there for the music and the vibe so if you are playing there, you better bring it!
Funky D arrived and asked if he could join in on a song, which ended up being "Loose Legged Woman" and after that the energy in the room got really high and we cruised through the show having a great time! The surprise of the night was definitely Drugs at the end when we say that we are going to encore with a "short" song and end up with a 12 min jam.
